I'm a Certified Group Fitness Leader (Nova Scotia Fitness Association) and Bellyfit instructor in Halifax, NS. At Hal-Con, my friend and fellow fitness instructor taught a super hero themed workout, and it got me thinking- I really want to train like a super hero this year, and see what happens. I want to run faster and farther. Lift heavier. Learn to throw a punch. I want to do weapons training. What would it take to train like the non-super powered heroes like Hawkeye and Batman?
